Not sure if serious. Kelly won 2 national titles in Division II, took Cincy to a BCS game and an undefeated season (first ever there). Now he has ND undefeated in the BCS national title game.

Sumlin had Houston playing for a BCS game. And, it's very likely A&M will be in a BCS game next year. Sumlin isn't taking a back seat to no coach not named Saban.
