Shannon is actually a great hire. He can recruit as well. So this means Arkansas will be recruiting the state of Florida pretty heavily, plus Shannon recruits Texas.

He recruits Florida. He isn't from Texas, and has coached one season at a Texas school where he gained zero commitments as a recruiter.
