How many proven DE's do we have? Flowers and...
Just because we have bodies doesn't mean Thomas wouldn't eventually overtake those bodies and become a star.
How do you guys reconcile this with our taking so many OL? We have more proven OL than we do DE.

Is there a recruit we don't know about or are we just taking 24? The big board on the razorvision show has 25 spots, but I am only seeing 24 commits among the guys on campus and the letters of intent.

You realize DE is one position whereas OL refers to 3, right?

Regardless, is Soloman Thomas a higher probability to get to the NFL than any of our DE's were coming out of high school? Yes. All of them.
Guarantee? No. Good to have? Without a doubt especially when we suck.

Doubtful. They probably had the 25 up there because they were expecting to get Jackson or Thomas.

Nobody is saying we didn't want Thomas. Every one of us wanted him. What we're saying is DE is not a position of need right now. Jamichael Winston and Deatrich Wise are better at this point than Chris Smith and Trey Flowers were when they were at that point.
