That article is full of insecurity. The schedule thing...where was LSU writers when Bama had 6 straight SEC opponents 5 who had byes and Bama without one?

I think Saban has a worse record than normal after byes. Not certain on that one but thought his record wasn't all that great after byes. Again not positive about that and I am sure somebody will post after me with the stats.

But didn't Alabama get things changed the next season? Didn't Bama go whine to the SEC office. Pot meet kettle.
