This is false. I went over this many times back in 2010. Posters on this board lacked the reading comprehension necessary to read and interpret the by-laws, which I explained in great detail back then.
Bottom line, in the Newton situation, the by-laws were not incorrectly enforced.

BTW, I just read the wiki page. Pretty funny about slive, dial, and bama.
