It really is insane. People saying "not a big raise"? LOL! He got a $500k a year raise! 
A freakin' football coach! Most people in the world would shite all over themselves if they were told they were going to make a half a million a year, much less get that kind of raise.

Of course it is a huge raise, but in perspective to the profession he is in, there is nothing out of the ordinary. I am positive Freeze is rather ecstatic to receive 500K more per year. Hell your coach makes 6 mil+ a year as a freakin' football coach.
