South EZ has already started. NEZ is really just in the preliminary discussion/planning phase. IMO TAF won't send out any emails to TAF members seeking their input until 2015. Just looking at the space to be filled and necessary changes to N. Stadium Drive, the NEZ would cost more than the south.

One, Alleva didn't want to have to do roadwork as part of the expansion. As I write this, Stadium Drive is currently closed. Go figure.
Two, LSU & TAF decided that it made the most sense to concentrate on adding premium seating as opposed to general admission.
The NEZ expansion, which you will begin hearing about in 2015, will be constructed the same way.
