Speaking of Tiger Stadium, can anyone explain why the upper decks aren't symmetrical? Always thought it was an odd design, just curious if anyone knows the history of those expansions.

Because when Dinardo was here, buildings were built around the exterior of the North endzone. So when the East upperdeck was built, LSU couldn't build on top of these buildings, so the deck curved more toward the south endzone to add more suites and seats. When the west upperdeck was renovated, it was built to mirror the east. And everything was built with the idea of closing the south endzone with an upperdeck one day.
