An LSU fan without the three 62-0 wins over Tulane memorized.

1945 Alabama. Closest margin of victory was a 28-14 victory over Georgia. They averaged 43 points a game in an age where offenses just didn't put up that many points. The defense was also amazing, giving up less than 90 total points on the year. They finished 10-0 and blew the breaks off of USC in the Rose Bowl. '45 Alabama would have been national champs that year if not for an Army team finishing undefeated in the year World War II ended.
