How the heck do I get my sig and avi to work

I put the pics on photobucket but when I copy the link to the picture in my profile it doesn't work.

Also, the hosting site is not the only constraint.
I always upload them to Flikr. Once uploaded, you can click on a image and it will give you different sizing options. Small or Medium usually work for me.

I always post my avatar image to my facebook account. I find it easier.

I always get my avs from Brazzers.
