All you need to know about ND and LSU.

In 2006, LSU ran a reverse against ND and handed the ball to an Olympic sprinter. LSU had a second Olympic sprinter playing wide receiver in that game.

ND ran a reverse and handed the ball to a minor league pitcher. ND plays MMA/boxers in its secondary. LSU played this

It doesn't matter. Their offense is much...MUCH worse than LSU's, Georgia's, A&M's, Mississippi State's, Tennessee's, and Michigan's offenses.

Well based on stats ND's defense is better.

First off ND's defense is ranked #1 in the nation giving up 10.3 PPG. LSU's is 8th in the nation giving up 16.5 PPG. You may then say that LSU's played better offenses??? Nope

LSU's 12 opponents offensive PPG average is:
106,118,122,98,99,69,39,14,5,56,62,and FCS Towson who dropped 28 on LSU so i think a fair number to give them would be 100...its frickin FCS. Average offensive ranking with those above teams is 74.

Notre Dames 12 opponents who all happened to be FBS schools:
112,113,104,85,61,50,46,59,64,13,79,81 for an average ranking of 72.

Ok so maybe they're not as talented as LSU's defense?? Every defensive starter for ND was a 4 or 5 star recruit except for one who was a 3 star.
