Didn't read through the whole thread. My push for two USC players.
Since 2000:
Alshon Jeffery has the most receiving yards of any WR and the only player to eclipse 3000 yards. Top ten in every other statistical category.
Eric Norwood is the SEC's leader in TFL (55) and sacks (29)

For A&M:
Luke Joeckel is a legit candidate for OT. If he declares for the draft this year, there's a decent chance he'll be the #1 overall pick (he's just about guaranteed to be a top 3 pick). That's as a true junior, which is un-freakin-heard of for a tackle. Also, between this year and last year, he's shown he can block in multiple schemes.
JFF? Not at this stage. Newton's season was better.
Von Miller never played in the SEC, but if we're doing retroactive admission for Mizzou and A&M, he has to be on there at either DE or LB (he played DE as a junior and had 18 sacks, switched to OLB as a senior, won the Butkus, and put up sick stats, despite missing the first few games against cupcakes with an ankle injury).
