Not too bad a list, you only have a few wrong.
Tebow is your QB, 3 years of great production + 1 year of spot production >>> 1 great year.
Pick Donte Hightower or Rolando McClain at LB over Jones. Both are far superior, and it's basically a coin toss as to which is better than the other.

I don't think we can look at it like that. Newton in one year was better than any of Tebow's individual years.
