So, they are willing to leave $40+ mil/yr in tv and bowl revenue on the table to be in a second-rate dying conference?
The difference between UNC and the other schools is Texas didn't stand to financially lose by staying. If anything, they gained, because they got to keep the LHN.
The difference between the Big12 and the ACC is that the Big12 still had a shitload of quality football teams and prestigious programs... All those are about to be cherrypicked from the ACC.
UNC is gone when FSU/Clemson/Ga Tech bolt...Count on it.
