Even though it's clear discussions aren't your thing I'll continue.
He may well work out (or do nothing and not get in gus way and thus work out by default) but if things aren't working and Gus ask lashee for a new wrinkle he will just regurgitate to gus something Gus had told him. My preference would be an oc of the same philosophy but not exactly the same. Obviously bring lashlee because Gus clearly has a great relationship with him and you could have his duties the same just a different title and accomplish the same thing.
And no I don't know who that oc would be and if there isn't one then it's moot.
Or as so eloquently put above I could just grow a pair and never question anything. Cause that's balls, right?
