I have been wondering if part of the reason Gus sold the search committee is that he realized the discipline and accountability problems when he left and he may be able to fix them if he has that intention

He must have I guess. Gus is a very intense coach. But this is still an unknown IMO if he can instill strong discipline at Auburn.
