There is no rule that defines Dial's hit as illegal. FACT.
So, they try to make is sound like Murray was way out of the play or some BS in a hope to get him classified as defenseless. But, he was standing UPFIELD no more than 8 yards ahead of Clinton-Dix with the ball and actively moving to the ball carrier.
Dial had every right to bring the pain on Murray.

i still don't understand what all the butthurt is about. even if it was a bad call (which it wasn't), who gives a frick. bama had a few bad calls against them too.
and i know that all the bitching lsu fans that are saints fans were this upset with the warner hit a few years ago.
