That Ragland has not accomplish anything to be touted as the favorite for the vacated ILB in '13. Will he be in contention? Sure, but there are players who have been at the Capstone for a while and freshman already playing. Ragland came out of HS with a high rating, but that alone is not guaranteeing him the spot.
Thought that was pretty obvious...
