Sex crimes are not looked at as jokes routinely. While the drunk moron may have intended "no harm", thats not what he did.
Note to GUMPS: don't pull out your ball sac in public. Especially do not sit it on nearby folks who may appear to be sleeping. It could get you in trouble.

I guess Alabama people just think differently than everyone else. I can't imagine living in a world where taking your Nutts out and rubbing them on another human who is passed out is considered an OK thing
