Dixon is basically being punished for what happened 2 years ago. This latest allegation is a joke. The accuser's case was so weak the investigation was thrown out without even hearing Dixon's side of the story.

Pretty much, regardless what actually happened, this looks bad for him and the University. Dumb kid.
