Look, the kid got 2 years. Could it be because he was in LA? Yes. Do I GAF? No.
The justice system played out. As blackhelicopterpilot stated pages ago, if you don't want to be at the mercy of the justice system, then don't do things that can get you in trouble.
And certainly don't do any of those things in states where you're already hated. Kid's a fricking idiot.
