Kentucky football: about 20% of seats (not counting student, band and visitor sections) are public season tickets - no donation required, just first come / first serve. These are all upper deck, mostly upper-half of the upper deck and upper deck corners.

The rest of the season tickets in Commonwealth Stadium (everything in the lower deck, under the overhang, and lower part of upper deck) is K-Fund seating. Per ticket donation ranges from $100 per seat (most endzone seating and corners) to $525 per seat (between the 35's under the overhang) Of course you need higher K-Fund point totals to have access.

Rupp Arena donation levels run from $450 to $5,000 per seat. There's actually quite a bit of no-donation seating (much of the upper deck) in Rupp, but very few of those seats (or the lowers with donations) come open. You either have to be picked in a lottery or make a large one time donation to get them (then the annual donation).

In 2001 a pair of Endowment Seats (courtside) went for around $300,000 (one time donation.) Today I think they're in the $500,000+ range.
