4, 4-team pods

9 conference games

No more permanent rivals. Instead, 3-2-2-2 will allow everyone to play everyone else home-and-home over four years.

Three divisions: Paper, Scissors, Rock

Last year's champion becomes the sixth team in the division of their choosing. The six team division winner plays the winner of one of the other two divisions for the SEC Championship.

The two five team division winners play a game of Paper/Scissors/Rock to decide which team advances to the championship game. ESPN fleshes out the Paper/Scissors/Rock game to a full 30 minutes of programming.
