But if you were not, I would advise you to check out the history of football in the state of Texas for the past 40 years.

Like until the mid 60's A&M students were required to serve in the Corps of Cadets, no women on campus, and NCAA had no limit on the number of scholarships a school could award.

One school awarded scholly's to just about any athlete that could fog a mirror, just to keep them from other schools.

In the 1970's NCAA evened out scholarships and it was amazing how Texas football changed.

But to get back on track, we are sorry we didn't listen to those who told us we would get killed when we went to the SEC. Please accept our apologies by only losing to Florida by three and LSU by five. We had this RS Freshman who wouldn't listen to a first year coach. We will try to listen better next year.
