Importance of this Egg Bowl and last 3

I'm gonna do this from an OM perspective:
09- It didn't matter because even though we upset them they went back to the Cotton Bowl fify
10- Very little interest at all. Lost to opener to JSU so certainly the trophy goes to Starkville. No OM fans cared about this one.
11- Complete apathy has set in and many OM fans were glad they lost so Nutt could be fired.
12- this year the confederates have a renewed sense of caring. 5 wins and 7 moral victories have invigorated the fanbase. Freezus preaches and the flock follows. There is literally NO confederates who believe they could lose this game. They care and if we win it will be a soul crushing to remember. GTHOM

Having a moral victory is like taking a girl home from the bar getting her to your bedroom only to have her tell you it's her time of the month and settling for a BJ

No- a BJ is still scoring
A moral victory is getting her home, her being on the rag, and you getting her number to take her out to dinner sometime. You didnt score, but the night wasnt a complete loss because it might get better later
