Only had it once, and I was too drunk to really give an actual opinion, but I remember liking it and have always heard great things about it. That said, why the hate for KC? Keep in mind I'm not from Kentucky, and Evan green label is the most common bourbon at our house.

You won't hear me disagree. Now after about three of mixed drinks done the way I make them, it's coming straight from the bottle or flask most of the time.

Pappy for sure, especially the Special Reserve Lot B (12 YO). But I'm more fond of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, especially the Stagg and the ryes (not so much the Eagle Rare)...
