December 3 is the 337th day of the year (338th in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar. There are 28 days remaining until the end of the year.

The Day that Jeff pulls the trigger on our new HC
And all the JL Haters have a meltdown because he makes a HOMERUN Hire..

I'll stand by this statement

I was looking through the Demozette archives for 1992 Clinton campaign stuff for work, and came across this, a fan poll for who they wanted to see as the new coach for '93. It should be noted that the first list of names were said with all seriousness. The longshots list came with writeups that were all "gosh, wouldn't that be nice?"

I have no fricking clue.

Nice find. Phillip Fulmer and Dave Rader ate the two that stand out most to me.

and we're crazy for thinking a TCU or OSU coach might actually take the job.

Looking back, ol' Fulmer probably would've been a good choice, but he'd likely have driven is new Cadillac to Knoxville to eventually take their job.

Boar, stick around awhile don't be such a stranger.

I can see Fulmer eating two other candidates but Rader never seemed to be that gluttonous.
