For those claiming Alabama "should have beaten A&M"...

I keep seeing "They only allowed nine points after the first quarter" and "Manziel was shut down once Saban figured him out" and "Bama should have won the game if not for *insert excuse*" and such.
For those who think this, why doesn't A&M get to use the same logic against Florida and LSU? UNLIKE Bama, we let for much of those games and outgained each team by a lot. Like Bama, we had the ball in the final minutes with a chance to win. Yet, I see A&M fans bring this up and the same posters crying that Bama should have won shoot it down as butthurt.
Just curious. I'll hang up and listen.

You will figure this out soon enough. Bama is the only team in the SEC capabale of "winning" quarters.
This type of outrageous claim is one of their oldest tricks. Although it comes across sad as frick.

I also agree with this. I hate people that go by "if this happened" or "if this didn't happen". It is annoying, and Aggies have been plenty guilty of it as well. Do it like the piggies have been doing. They've been getting their asses kicked by such large margins there is no such thing as "if".

I'm not going to say bama should have won the game, because the first quarter counts just as much as the other three. However. Bama did appear to "figure out" the aggie offense, much like LSU did. The only difference was LSU was only down was it 9 or 12 points when they figured it out.
You can speculate as to why the aggie offense was so successful in the first quarter, but they were figured out.
