The question is how much can he improve his stock?
We are not all the sudden going to throw the ball 35 times a game. His stock is about a high as it's gonna get I'm afraid. He's a 3-4 rd pick, but has a legitimate shot at starting for an NFL team.
The best thing for him would be to go sit user a vet for a couple years than have his chance to shine

Just as he's improved with experience from last season, he's capable of demonstrating improvement next season. He's very good now, but if he can polish his game it will make him all the more attractive to NFL teams. As a 3rd year starter, he'd have more control to run the offense and make audibles. If he can show better accuracy on his long balls, it would drastically improve his stock IMO.
And indirectly he could improve his stock due to the '14 QB crop likely being weaker than the '13 crop.
