Richmond has visited the Vols numerous times now, most recently for the Orange and White Game when he made the trip from West Tennessee to Knoxville with now current Vol Charles Mosley.
Tennessee has positioned itself strongly heading into Richmond's scheduled Sept. 9 commitment date and while Ole Miss, Auburn, Ohio State and a few others are making a push, Tennessee will be tough to beat here.
