Great picture, but...
I may be the only one, but I'm not overly excited about Wharton. I'm not really all that impressed by him.

I'm not really either but he's one of the linchpins holding this class together, he was the 1st commit and got the ball rolling.
He's still a 4 star on Rivals btw, so there are some scouts out there that think he's pretty good
Hurd, TK, Gaulden, Barnett and other current verbals would not like it if he was cut loose. One thing that is making this class so special is how tightly knit all of them are.

Chris Williams is also on campus, which is big considering he said he was done taking visits after his other TN visit. Ole Miss is thought to be leader but this makes 2 straight trips to Knox.

Adoree' is on campus per Fortenberry

Damn...
quote:- Mike Farrell, Rivals
"Mouhon is a big and physical downhill linebacker who can really fill the hole and smack people upon arrival. He can play inside or outside linebacker, changes direction very well especially in pursuit and I love his straight line speed."
"He needs to work on his drops in coverage and being able to turn and run and use his quickness but I think he's a very college ready linebacker and is the best player right now at Norcross. That's saying something because Lorenzo Carter and Myles Autry play with Mouhon, but if there is one of those three that's ready to play ball next year it's Mouhon. He might not have the ceiling of Carter but this kid is a baller."

"Quick note on Chris Williams
Tennessee and ole miss are the finalist. Decision in a couple of weeks. Tennessee seems to have made up a lot of ground. He really enjoyed hanging out with the commitments today. More to come."
I think we snatch this one away from Freezus

More Commitments today?
Barnett has been here since Thursday i think.
quote:- PFort
"There's some buzz about Barnett, but I don't know that he'll do anything today. I think he's one to watch closely over the next several days. After that, I'm not sure. We'll be catching up with guys once they begin to leave later this evening."

On Adoree'
He came with his dad
quote:- PFort
He said he was surprised by his visit to Tennessee and had a really good time and the Vols really helped themselves with the visit. He was impressed with Jones and the staff and was able to speak with the track coach.

I spoke a few minutes ago with five-star cornerback Adoree' Jackson, who visited Tennessee last night and today. Jackson said the visit definitely lived up to the hype and helped the Vols' chances, and they're definitely in the running for one of his five official visits. But he's still not planning to decide until signing day.

Dallas Warmack
Just told Niebuhr in an Auburn interview that Bama leads with UT in 2nd and UGA 3rd. Said he's really feeling TN right now after his visit this weekend.
That's Chance Warmack's bro if you didn't know

Alin Edouard
quote:- Scout
“As of right now I’m leaving my options open,” Edouard told InsideTennessee. “Right now Tennessee is winning out of all the schools I have been to. Louisville and Tennessee are the only two schools that I’m considering besides Miami right now. I want to have my decision before the high school season starts.” “The offense that they run fits me perfectly,” the Hialeah, Fla., resident said. “They want to have a dual-threat quarterback. They haven’t had one in the past three years. If I come in and do what I have to do I could probably have that freshman spot. I talked to Coach Jones and he said I’m the type of guy he really wants.” “The coaches really liked my release, too,” he said. “They already knew about my speed. I got to work with (Tennessee wide receivers) coach (Zach) Azzanni and (Tennessee offensive graduate assistant) coach Kempt this weekend. They are the type of coaches you want. A coach that’s going to sit behind you and tell you what to do and help you every step of the way.” “We went through the entire facility and meeting rooms and I was in love at first sight,” the thee-star prospect said. “When I came here last summer they were still building everything and I came back today and my eyes just popped.” “The coaches here really do love you; they don’t just throw offers at a kid,” he said. “That’s one thing I noticed. Once they throw an offer at a kid they are going to keep in contact with you to get you."
