UGA vs. Oregon
It would be based on the dates of the losses.
In your scenario:
Bama - 12/1
Florida - 10/27
ND - 11/24
K-State - 12/1
Oregon - 11/3
Based on dates Florida and Oregon are in the best position. Bama, ND, K-State would have all lost their last game played. Oregon would get in the NC over Florida because of two things.
1 - they would have avenged their road loss
2 - they would have an extra win and would be a conference champion
Last year the conference champion arguement didn't hold because everyone acknowledged LSU and Bama as the two best teams in the country by a fiar margin. Florida doesn't hold that equity this year and would not get in over Oregon.
