It happens every year in coaching but it's not just limited to the profession. Things are different for every person. Some people are more comfortable in a certain place, some people just like their job, others have family that want to stay, some like no pressure and no expectations. Now I wouldn't understand some dumb frick who's grip on reality in football is limited to NCAA '13 and him and his buddies having circle jerk to Johnny Football.
