I just like to gauge people on whether they even have the knowledge about how good a S&C coach is. If they can't tell me the basic tenets of Olympic lifting, they should probably not speak about a subject they know nothing about. Looking big and being strong are not always synonymous.

Yox is teh Athletic Dept head M and W trainer...not just the football teams.

I am ready for a complete house cleaning from JJ down to the guy who unclogs the toilets. So yes, I believe Yox falls into this category.
