Two years ago you would've found me standing up for the guy..
The same can't be said today. The S&C program at Auburn looks like its behind the times. Our players are getting pushed off the ball and the lack of physicality in our game is apparent.
Yox needs to find a new home.

When I see 10-15 starters/backups working out at gold's gym during the fall I highly second guess the strength coach
