We used to watch the test pattern as we waited for cartoons to start around 7 in the morning. Dial phones replaced our phone box on wall that had to be cranked and that was a party line shared with several households. People didn't use the phones like it is today. Can you imagine that? Moygray, I admit that I would understand Latin better than your message.
