"I don't know why some of us are panicking," he said. "We're still doing just fine, and we can still make this into a great season that people will talk about for a long time."

Was he the one fricking up the snaps? Figures if he was. If it wasnt for half the line getting wiped out he wouldnt ever see the field.

He is our beloved high snapper yes. Apparently he's also just plain high.

Because frankly the offense didn't look great against SELA. We looked bad in wins against UCF and ASU. We looked good for 3 quarters against UGA before flopping. We looked overmatched against USCe and Bama and stunk up the place against Vandy. I'm not sure anyone is panicking over anything anymore. Short of winning every remaining game, the season is pretty much shot and nothing above tells me we'll win one more game much less all of them.

Well they can still get to 8 wins with a loss to FLA if you add a bowl win.
That would be respectable considering everything this year. That is probably what he means.

8 wins would be respectable yes. He lost me at it being a "great season that people will talk about for a long time" or that the current status and season results embody them "still doing just fine."

I understand he is trying to be optimistic, but on the other end, saying that you dont see what the big deal is also gives the impression that he is settling for the mediocrity. We need to have higher standards than 3-4 (No conference wins).
