Alabama might be the better team, but with the 4 main factors of LSU having a LSU BYE week, it being a night game in Death Valley, bama playing a solid team the week before, and LSU wanting revenge for January, it will be too much for Alabama to overcome.

Ok so I went back and read it. How does any of these points you mention have to do with Met over throwing receivers? Death Valley is indeed one if not the toughest place to pay at night. You failed to mention that most of the players have played in big games, and will not be in awe over the atmosphere. Last years MNC atmosphere against a LSU team, and some have been part of two MNC game atmosphere, so this could be the only team that has played in DV in a while that will not be intimidated by the crowd and the wild surroundings. I do think it will be a great TOUGH game.

Mett is a liability, I won't deny that. Jarett Lee and Jordan Jeffereson were too yet LSU won two straight regular season games over Alabama from 2010-2011. He'll have to step up and make some big throws at times, but they will rely on their ground game, defense, and special teams.

Bama has played big games but I don't recall the last time they played LSU in death valley at night. I know for a fact it hasn't been in the Saban era.

It won't be a blowout, I'm not saying that. I'm expecting a low scoring grind out game.
