Being an Aggie is not about finger pointing and laying blame.
This loss wasn't bertolets fault, it wasn't the fault of our d. Or even our coaches. We were just out muscled. First year in the SEC with two losses to top 10 conference mates by very narrow margins. Things are not just looking up for Aggie football, they are screaming toward greatness at mach + speeds.

This loss may not have been solely on Bertolet, but he single-handedly killed all the momentum from the Williams kick return by missing the chip shot.
This has been a growing problem all season. Randy Bullock was a bit shaky his freshman year, but even Matt Szymanski wasn't this bad as a freshman, nor was Russell Bynum.
