One hand, I love it. I liked the 'mr. howdy doody' line.

On the other hand, it baffles me how unprofessional people at his level can get sometimes. He sounds like an angry fan.. And who is that lady coming in at the end? It just has a high school feel to it.

But, man I wish this guy was still calling our plays.

The howdy doody line was pretty classic.

Haha, did you read some of the comments in that first article?

Some guy wrote that he hopes Christensen doesn't think he's faking an injury if his legs get blown off in Afghanistan. Some people are just retarded.

Makes the same kind of sense as some women groups going after Romney for referring to a "binder of women" and leaving out the part that it was a collection of resumes, as he was trying to expand his cabinet to include qualified females.

If Alden goes to Pinkel and tells him that changes need to be made, would anybody be mad to see him as our OC?

Why do current and former Missouri coaches think everyone is faking an injury against them??

I also would love to see him calling our plays again.

Maybe he is working towards getting fired with this tirade of his. His record 1-5 would help out also. Then he could become our OC again and Coach Spicolli could be our lead recruiter. Coach Spicolli has no business being a OC but he does have value as a lead recruiter. We need 2 lead recruiters. One on offense and one on defense

Our offense was lights out with DC as our OC. Our problem then was defense. Now our defense is strong but our offense sucks. Chase D. was awesome but I think play calling has a big impact. Yost doesn't get the job done as OC. I liked him as the QB coach and recruiting "dude". I think we need to keep Yost but hire a new OC--whether it's DC or someone else.

I agree with this assessment. The question is: would those with the power to make it happen? Would Christensen even be interested?

See the rant now, A&M fans booing the LSU defensive players that keep catching "cramps" to slow down the offense. It's fairly common with no huddle/quick reset teams.

That's why we haven't seen it much yet this year.

I think he would. He had great success here. The SEC would be a great challenge for him.

Some coaches are not HC material. He has had his taste of it and might want to go back to a familiar surroundings where he had great success.
