ETA: Detroit could very well take him at 5 too.

Let me clarify...

I don't think he's a top five talent. I see him as more of a top 15 talent, with 15 being the absolute lowest he should go. Patrick Peterson went at #5, but he was also a threat in the return game, and I don't quite see Dee Milliner as being as good. Joe Haden went at #7, and I view Dee Milliner as a better prospect. Leodis McKelvin went at #11, and even though he is a threat in the return game, I view Dee Milliner as a better prospect. Morris Claiborne went at #6, and I view him as a better pure prospect. Then, in the same year, Stephon Gilmore went at #10, and Dee Milliner is a far better prospect than him.

I guess it'll depend on need and players left on board.
