He's definitely a top 4 CB, but the battle for top two belongs to Milliner and Banks, and Milliner just proved last night he's number one.

I don't think Banks is as good personally...he gets out of position way too often and has benefitted from matching up against less than capable QB's for the most part...look at his tape last year and this year. He is not nearly capable enough to physically stop a receiver. You put him on a guy that is his size and he loses the battle physically. He's fast and hard to beat on a straight fly route, but playing corner is more than that and his technique is not sound enough to be in the top 5 this year.

I would take Poyer, Simon, Milliner, Rhodes, Amerson, and maybe Byndom...I haven't seen enough of Byndom though, tbh.

Arkansas last year and Bama this year both exposed Banks for the prospect he is...went right at him with the pass and he was lost all game.
