To be fair, it's a decent stat, but it's impossible to use those stats to compare a season like Milliner is having to a season like Banks is having. Currently, QBs are so afraid of Banks that they'd prefer to throw to guys covered by Darious Slay, who's another really good CB that's racking up interceptions, or Corey Broomfield, also in the top 20 of active career interceptors. Or Nickoe Whitley, also in the top 20 of career interceptors, who happens to enjoy hurting people.

In baseball terms, Milliner is hitting tripples, while Banks is getting intentionally walked, in favor of throwing to guys that hit doubles and tripples. You can't use volume stats like PD to compare the two.
