Statistically speaking, Banks is not even close.

I agree that you can't break up passes if the opponent does not throw to your side. Milliner is doing an outstanding job of defending passes that are thrown to the receiver he is defending.

I think he will be the first CB taken in the draft. He has speed, length, and videotape that demonstrate he will succeed in the NFL.
