UF/UK 25th anniversery is this year

Well, sort of... The last time UK beat UF the following was true...
Ronald R. was president
Chipper Jones was in HS in Jacksonville
Sam Kinison was alive still
Fatal Attraction (movie) was almost in production
Its been a long time.
What else was happening then? UT fans can pass.

Same thing was true when we stopped the Vols 26 year winning streak last year.
Don't see us stopping your streak with this team though.

There was a Southwest Conference that had Arky...
There was a Big 8 Conference with Mizzou...
SCar was an independent in football and Metro Conference in other sports...
The SEC was at its best with 10 teams

Sadly, I was alive and remember the game.
Florida had to play us in November back then and made the trip up to Lexington with the game temp being in the 40s.
They had heaters on the sidelines and the entire Gator team was huddled around that thing like moths to the fire.
Suddenly, in 1992 we went to divisions and somehow Florida's games with Tennessee and Kentucky got moved to September.
We haven't sniffed a whiff of victory since.
I'm just hoping I live to see our next win over the Gators now and if it continues another 25 years, I may not.
