What does that have to do with AJ? Are you saying he won't go in the first round?

There used to be a time when a qb had to be special to go In the first rd. Now qbs like Gabbert and Christian Ponder go in the 1st. Teams will reach for Qbs and WRs nowadays.

Wilson is good but people are acting like he has Matt Stafford arm talent and its ludicrous to compare AJ to him are flat out wrong. This is a really weak crop of QBs that are draft eligible. Bray has the most arm talent, but has all type of maturity issues and other red flags. Logan Thomas is still a project at this point, Barkley has a waterp pistol arm and has zero mobility. Wilson doesn't have any measurables or arm talent that jump off the screen either.

There are a lot of decent QBs and 2 with high ceilings in Bray and Thomas that will probably never reach their potential. Geno Smith has a nice arm and mobility, but all QBs look good in that system.

Somebody has to go in the 1st McCarron has as good a shot as any other QB.

No he won't. At this point , if you say AJ is a 1st rd pick, you're nothing but a homer. Not one mock draft has him higher than a 3rd rd pick.
