Notre Dame shouldn't be allowed into a BCS Bowl game until they join an actual conference....IN FOOTBALL.

Mizzou can stay in the SEC. Notre Dame needs to take their arse officially to the ACC if that's where they want to be.

That's the national sentiment, I would think. But, putting myself in their shoes. They are getting paid big time TV money, which they do not share (and if I understand it correctly, they will still kepp, after other sports move to ACC). As unfair as it seems, or is, it's the smart thing for ND to do. What they should not have, is an equal chair at the Presidential Council table. This is absurd and completely unfair. They should be removed and if they don't like it, they can suffer the consequence, by rule, of no longer being part of the BCS.

I never got the reasoning for this...why not?

Their schedule this year is pretty legit too....OU, Michigan St, Michigan, USC, Stanford and if Miami played like Miami, that schedule would be badass
