Considering they are booking up 2 weeks in advance and turning away walk ins on busy nights and hour wait on midweek nights, I don't think they have a publicity problem.
Went to Bob's Victory Grille by Academy/Sam's a couple nights ago. Had no clue it existed until a friend suggesting going there. It was pretty mediocre. It felt like a poor man's BWW. Food was okay, beer list was average. They have a ton of TVs though. For the price, you can go to The Hound and get better food and beer.

As far as upscale dining goes, there isn't a huge list of options in the Auburn area which helps Acre. Considering the upscale dining doesn't carry too much of a price tag, there is a huge market of college kids as well as local Auburn residents with few choice in immediate Auburn area (we only have 6 restaurants on our OP and one is Opelika)
Acre has had news pieces in the paper and on local TV about their sustainability and high quality food stuff plus most upscale restaurants seem to work on word of mouth. Acre has pretty strong following in the college crowd and a number of positive reviews on all the food sites and facebook
