If we're paying $4 million (which I expect we probably will) we should at least throw that at Peterson first.
Strong could be had in Fayetteville for less than that. Hell he'd probably do it for $2.5 and a better budget than he is used to for paying assistants.

The assistants he gets is as important as the HC himself, for sure.
