The thing about injuries, is you don't know for sure if they're faking or not. To assume anyone is faking, and subsequently boo, is classless. Sorry.

And I've always found it pretty ironic that Aggies get so butthurt about the MSC/grass, when those guys died to defend our rights to be free. They defend our rights to do things like burn flags. I'm GUESSING they'd think this de-facto "respect" takes away choice, which is not American IMO.

Just because you have the RIGHT to do something doesn't mean you should.

To add to this subject about booing players who are down on the field and being attended to:

WHY in $#@^& would we have Shariff Floyd...one of the best DTs in the country fake an injury? We lost players in teh first half...Jelani Jenkins one of starting LBs, John Evans a starting safety collided with your rb who knocked the beejesus out of him (nothing dirty...just good old fashioned lower your pads and hit the tackler), but after Evans whiffed badly on tackling Manziel, it wasnt a huge loss. Fans should never boo opposing players down on the field and in the SEC when you do that it sends a message to the other team btw.

As for stadium design...not good. mid level seats are too far away from the field. Boom said on his Sunday tv show that we were not playing A&M next year...disappointed me..wanted yall to see a real venue thats LOUD. But Im glad A&M is in the SEC and it will be fun competing...better get your basketball teams ready too btw.

Or instead of distorting the issue, just show them the respect they deserve.

By your logic -- rather, your straw man approach -- the below organization is tolerable, and their efforts in demonstrating their "rights" shouldn't be deterred.

You are absolutely free to wear a hat or walk on the grass or burn a flag. There are also a lot of people who are free to tell you that you are an a-hole for not respecting a memorial to thousands of men that died in war and the home of 7 CMH's. Freedom doesn't mean you get to be a jerk and other folks have to be quiet about it.

As I said though, 99% of the folks wearing a hat or walking on the grass simply have no clue. I certainly wouldn't know what is or what is not considered respectful if I walked around Gainesville. A lot of Ags need to chill out and not be jerks about it, simply ask people respectfully to honor the memorial.

I also don't approve of the booing but I understood it. It was very frustrating watching the "cramping" but the biggest problem was it worked in terms of helping to take our offense out of rhythm. Something A&M needs to overcome and certainly isn't why we lost though. UF just needs to coach their players to fake it better if they don't want to be booed. I don't know how much was on TV but at the stadium it was clear when it was faking.
